He was previously associated with ICI India Limited, Baxter India Private Limited and retired as a Director in Pfizer Limited. Vivek Dhariwal does not hold directorship or full-time position in any corporates bodies.

Ashok Kumar Windlass

Ashok Kumar Windlas serves as the Whole-time Director of our company, a role he holds as one of our promoters and founders. He is instrumental in overseeing the company's administration, legal, and engineering departments including installing new projects/facilities Beyond his contributions to our organization, Mr. Windlas has also held in past the prestigious postion of Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) Uttrakhand State Council. His Dedication and service were recognized in 2018 when he was conferred with the Uttrakhand Ratan at the 38th Annual All India Conference of Intelleactuals. Further More, Mr. Windlas is a Director on the boards of Windlas Exports Private Limited and Ashok Vimla Trusteeship Services Limited.

Hitesh Windlass is the Managing Director of our Company. He has set up our Domestic Trade Generics, OTC Brands and Exports SBVs and plays a significant role in driving the technical operations, quality, manufacturing and financial strategy of our Company. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of management. He was previously associated as a process engineer with Intel Corporation, USA. and has a large professional experience.

Manoj Kumar Windlass

Manoj Kumar Windlass is the Joint Managing Director of our Company. He has over 15 years of experience in product development, operations, procurement and portfolio functions of the medicine business. He has set up our CDMO Services and Products SBV and plays a significant role in driving the product portfolio decisions and overall commercial operations including business development, and procurement of our Company. He received a certificate of appreciation on August 26,2020 from DIG/Sr. Supritendent of Police Distt. Dehradun for his Voluntary services rendered to the community and cooperation to the Police during the Covid -19 pandemic.

Pawan Kumar Sharma

Pawan Kumar Sharma is an Executive Director of our Company. He is responsible for legal and commercial and administrative activities of the Company. He has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry… Pawan Kumar Sharma does not hold directorship or full-time postion in any corporates bodies.

Prachi Jain

Prachi Jain Windlass is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. She was previously associated with Boston Consulting Group, Gurgaon. Currently, she is associated with Michael & Susan Dell Foundation India LLP and is chairperson of CSR Committee.
