Each member of the Windlas Executive Committee (WEC) has well defined roles and company works through a well-established governance structure which involves the Shareholders, Board of Directors, Executive Committee and various cross functional as well as departmental sub-groups. Alignment between various levels and teams is done through top-down balanced scorecard-based goal sheets.
